What do I need to do to buy a file?
First you need to create an account, browse through our categories, find the file you need and make the payment, it's as simple as that.
Payment Questions
Sign in to your account, go to 'Deposit' tab, choose the amount to deposit and select the payment method. You will be taken to www.paypal.com to make the money transfers and then brought back to VideoElephant.
If you plan to create a video library online, or buy multiple files, we recommend making a pre deposit between as you will then receive a discount on each video file.
Each video file has its own price which you can see right next to the video. The price depends on the videos quality and its complexity. All prices are in USD.
We accept credit card payments through Paypal. If you do not have an account with Paypal, sign up now for free.
Simply enter your payment details (e-mail) when registering with VideoElephant. Follow the instructions when you click “Buy Now”.
Download Questions
Sign in, go to 'My Account' and click 'Download' to see the list of all the videos you have purchased.
We offer three different formats of the video. Right click on the Master, FLV or MP4 button and click 'Save As'. You can download whichever format you require or all three.
There may be several reasons for this. Please check if you have enough disc space on your computer. Do not forget to check if you are connected to the Internet. If you are using Wi-Fi Internet, your connection may have been interrupted.
Yes, absolutely. You can download the video you purchased again, if it is still available in the member’s portfolio.
Yes, you can download the video any time. However keep in mind that the sooner you download it, the better. We strongly recommend that you download the file immediately after the purchase. It might not be online next time you log in. Producers update their portfolios often and may delete videos.

Payment Questions
We will pay you through Paypal (for amounts $50+), or through an International Transfer (SWIFT) (for amounts of $500+). Sellers get paid on the 15th of the following month.
Yes, the minimum amount is $50. If you earned less than that the first month, you can use the money as a VideoElephant deposit and pay for videos you wish to buy.
Uploading & Copyright Questions
The maximum file size is 2GB.
You must have the Intellectual Property Rights of the content you wish to sell and should not infringe the Property Rights of any third parties. Please read our Sellers Legal Agreement.
During the upload of your video file, you will be asked to write a 200+ word description about the video and choose the keywords that best suit your media. Having a proper title and detailed description will help your video to be found more often.
Your samples failed to comply with our requirements – poor quality videos, wrong or insufficient tags, description, misleading content/description; you violated our Terms & Conditions.
