There are two types of license: Web License and a Broadcast License. Both licenses are non-exclusive, for a lifelong term. By becoming our member, you agree to our Terms & Conditions which set out the full contractual agreement between the buyer and seller. 

 

 

Web License

The right to make use of the content you purchased through the SITE is non-exclusive and non-transferrable.

You Can:

  • Stream the video on one domain (website) only and across all internet devices belonging to that domain
  • Monetise the video by selling advertising in-stream or around the video
  • Use the purchased content on a single domain or subdomain only
  • Embed your logo on the video

You Cannot:

  • Sell the video to third parties
  • Upload it to video sharing sites such as youtube
  • Edit the video in anyway or use it as part of a programme
  • Broadcast it on TV or IPTV

 

 

Broadcast License

The right to make use of the content you purchased through the SITE is non-exclusive and non-transferrable.

You Can:

  • Monetise the video across multiple domains and internet devices
  • Broadcast on TV and IPTV
  • You can use the purchased content on multiple domains or subdomains
  • Edit the video into a programme

You Cannot:

  • You cannot sell the purchased content by itself
  • Upload it to video sharing sites such as YouTube
